The heart of NCLEX® preparation... the Content Mastery Series®
The beauty of this dynamic array of assessment and study tools is its flexibility. You can use any or all of the components of the Content Mastery Series® in whatever combination or sequence works best for you and for your students. This series includes:

Diagnostic Assessments. Classified according to the current NCLEX® detailed test plan, these tests are designed for you to administer to your students following classroom instruction. They will help you identify the strengths and knowledge deficits of your individual students and of the class as a whole. Each of these 10 assessments focuses on a specific content area, such as fundamentals of nursing, adult medical-surgical, mental health, maternal newborn, nursing care of children, leadership/management, pharmacology, community health, or nutrition.

Detailed Diagnostic Score Reports. Produced for each student and available online, they identify areas of content weakness and indicate where additional study might be required.

Review Modules. This substantial set of unit-based books provides your students with an all-inclusive nursing resource throughout their RN or PN nursing program and when preparing for the NCLEX®. Once the score reports detail where they need to focus their review, they can plan their remedial sessions easily as they find the essential content in the review modules. Implementing the use of the review modules focuses the students’ efforts on recall and application of information using multiple learning modalities.

ATI-PLAN® DVD Series. For additional review, we offer eight DVDs that present application-specific content designed both to complement classroom instruction and as a synergistic end-of-course review.

Online Practice Assessments. This user-friendly battery of tests complements the Content Mastery Series® assessments and review modules. The interactive style of the practice assessments offers immediate feedback for all response options, whether correct or incorrect. The rationales for each response provide explanations to enhance students’ understanding of the concepts they know and to clarify topics they have confused, misunderstood, or failed to remember.

Focused Medical-Surgical Assessments. Based on the current NCLEX-RN® detailed test plan, they’ll help you evaluate RN students’ knowledge of concepts within a specific medical-surgical topic. Each 30-item test (without rationales) focuses on a medical-surgical content area, such as cardiovascular disorders, perioperative nursing, immune disorders, or fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base imbalances – to name just a few.
Mix and match these versatile components any way you choose, but the end result remains the same – improved outcomes for you and for your students!
