Custom Reports

ATI provides instructors and directors with the flexibility to customize reports in several important ways. The first of these options is the ability to create, edit, and save custom groups of students. These groups can be used in place of an assessment ID in a variety of reports, and they make it possible to aggregate lists of students in a variety of ways.

The Custom Template within the reporting module provides a wizard interface that walks users through the creation of a custom report with multiple options. The module is designed so that instructors and directors can view the data needed to manage students and accreditation documentation requirements in a way that meets the unique needs of their institution.

You begin by choosing to view data for either a group (a single dataset) or longitudinal (multiple datasets) report type. There are additional choices to use an existing assessment ID or a custom group of students, along with a number of sorting and viewing options within the report configuration itself. You can sort your students’ data by the student name or by score. There is an option to add group-level distribution charts and/or tables related to the data, and you can drill down by content area within the assessment.

Both custom groups of students and custom report templates can be saved for re-use later – even against a different dataset or shared among staff, if desired.
