Why don't I see my Skills Modules in my account?
Initially if you purchase skills through your school, you will need to have a key and code from your instructor to download to your account. ONLY DOWNLOAD ONE TIME or problems will occur. If you have downloaded them and are having problems, contact ATI. If you purchase Skills Modules through the Online Store, the Skills will auto download to your account.

I am not currently enrolled in a school and the website asks for an institution, what should I put?
Select the school you will be testing with or select other as your institution. You can edit at any point once you create your account. (click ‘edit profile’ in top right corner of page)

How do I locate my test scores?
Log into your ATI account, under main menu select My Results, click on exam and scores will populate

What do my scores mean?
You will need to contact your institution, ATI’s policy is to not discuss scores with students

What is a passing score?
You will need to contact your institution, ATI’s policy is to not discuss scores with students

How come my assessment ID and password is not working?
The ID should be a 6 digit number and the password is a combination of numbers and letters. Be sure that you are inputting them correctly. ATI Customer service can be reached at: 800.667.7531.

I am trying to place an order and it is saying invalid transaction?
You will want to check USPS.com (United States Postal Service) to verify that they have your address exactly as you have input in our system. If that is correct, make sure that you have input the card number and expire date correctly. Expire date should be 2 digit month and 4 digit year.

What is the status of my order and a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped you will be sent the tracking number by email. If you have not received this email within 48 hours and are curious of the status you may contact ATI to have them track your package.

Can I get a refund on my purchase?
ATI does not offer refunds. This policy is clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Instructor Questions

Username/Password for looking up a class full of students, is there an easier way?
Log in, under Main Menu select Management Tools, Manage Students and groups, select the class which correlates to these students. The students must have taken an exam under their class to be associated with it. If they have not yet tested, you must look them up individually.

What if I Need to be upgraded to Proctor, Instructor, or Director status?

Can a student use calculators on the exams?
If students are able to use calculators one will be provided for them on the screen

Who is my Account Manager?
If you log into your ATI account, on the top left hand side of the screen you will find your Account Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Representative

What do I do if a student needs to stop and resume an exam later?
You can stop an exam and resume at any point by selecting stop assessment. The student will be able to log in and continue where the exam left off upon their return.

What do I do if a student is taking an exam and clicks outside the browser?
Anytime a student clicks outside of ATI’s website their exam will be stopped. This is a security feature so that students are not able to click into other websites to find answers. You may ignore or track these warnings.

How can I add time to a student’s exam?
To add time to a student’s exam, the student MUST have a documented disability on file w/ your institution. The time accommodation such as 1.5 or 2 x’s will be listed on the documented disability form. You will log into ATI under your Director account (must be a director) then you will select under the Main Menu, Management Tools, Manage Students & Groups, Add Time Accommodation Factor to the particular student.

I accidently closed the exam, can you help me?
If you accidentally close an exam you will need to contact ATI to re-open.

How do I monitor 2 exams at once?
Once you log into the Monitor screen, there is a box at the top left hand of screen which states Monitor another assessment. Once you have input both ID’s you can then toggle back and forth between the two.

I am testing and need my assessment ID’s?
If you are testing and need your ID's you can locate these by going to your Main menu, Management Tools, Manage Assessments, from here you can filter at the top by class, name of assessment, Open or closed. Once you have located simply click on the name of the exam to pull up the password

I need to add one more exam to a particular ID; how can I do this?.
Please contact ATI at 800.667.7531 to set up a retake code. Or once you are in the Monitor screen, you have the option to purchase more assessments.

I work in both the RN and PN programs; do I need an account for both?
Only one account is needed even if you work in both RN and PN programs.

I would like to view an assessment, how do I do this?
To view an assessment, you will want to contact your CAM to set you up with a demonstration code. This code must be used so that it does not figure into our statistics. Because these are proctored exams, you will need to either have an instructor proctor you or you may proctor yourself from a different computer.
