You will need to have a physical copy of your government-issued ID (U.S. State or Territory Issued Driver’s License or ID Card, U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card, U.S. Military ID, U.S. Permanent Resident Card, U.S. Visa, or Foreign Government Issued Passport).
ATI has a strict rescheduling policy. Please read this policy prior to registering and paying for the TEAS.
