Dr. Cynthia Clark Guides Faculty on Helping Students With Stress

Cynthia Clark, PhD, RN, ANEF, FAAN, ATI Strategic Nursing Advisor, is in the spotlight again with an article in Sigma Theta Tau’s online publication, Reflections on Nursing Leadership.

“How Nurse Faculty Can Help Students De-Stress” describes her research into what are the top stressors for students with examples of how damaging these incidents can be on a student’s health and well-being. But she also discusses the positive impact of leading students toward better practices in dealing with stress — and how implementing such practices can reduce stress by as much as 25%!
