What It Is
Community-Powered Microlearning delivers short, focused online learning built around real classroom challenges, with the added benefit of group discussions with the broader ATI educator community. Instead of a full course, educators get quick, practical bursts of insight with the opportunity to discuss it with their peers.
Because content is shaped by other novice nurse educators facing similar challenges, it stays grounded in what's actually happening in classrooms and clinical settings right now, not just theory.

How to Get Started
- Log in to your ATI Faculty account at user-management.atitesting.com.
- Click the ATI Academy link on the left side of the page to browse the full course catalog.
- Click Faculty Development and find Community-Powered Microlearning listed within the Content Library.
- Be sure to sign up for the discussion groups you want to attend. A Zoom link will be provided prior to the discussion.
- Encourage your whole faculty to participate, the more voices involved, the richer the content becomes.
