Engage® Series Wins Gold Stevie® Award for Technology Breakthrough of the Year
The Engage® Series developed by ATI Nursing Education has been honored with a 2026 Gold Stevie® Award for Technology Breakthrough of the Year in the Educational Technology category. The Stevie Award program recognizes technology solutions that advance teaching and learning through innovative approaches and measurable impact on learner outcomes.

The recognition highlights how the Engage Series helps nursing students build clinical judgment, strengthen clinical reasoning, and prepare for practice through interactive, evidence-based learning experiences. The multimodal learning environment provided in all Engage modules combines case studies, videos, podcasts, adaptive learning resources, and real-time performance insights to support both students and educators.
A key element of the learning experience is Claire AI®, a personalized assistant that provides students with real-time course-based explanations, guided practice, and tailored feedback as they work through course content. Claire AI is integrated into Engage to reinforce learning, support clinical reasoning, and help students build confidence as they prepare for their careers in nursing.
“Preparing the next generation of nurses requires learning experiences that actively develop clinical judgment, confidence and decision-making skills," said Tushar Tanna, senior vice president for product development at Ascend Learning. ATI is an Ascend Learning brand.
“ATI's Engage Series combines evidence-based nursing education, immersive digital learning and AI-powered support to help students succeed while equipping educators with tools that improve outcomes,” Tanna said. “We're honored to receive this Gold Stevie Award and proud to continue advancing innovation in healthcare education.
The 2026 Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence received more than 700 nominations from organizations across 37 countries and territories. More than 180 professionals participated in the judging process.
For ATI, the award reflects its longstanding focus on advancing nursing education through technology that supports student preparedness, educator effectiveness, and workforce readiness. As nursing programs work to graduate clinically competent nurses, Engage makes learning more interactive, personalized, and aligned with real-world practice.
